Refund and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within  1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is  5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.

International Shipping:
We currently do/do not offer international shipping. 

2. Return Policy

Our Guarantee:
At The Pretty Palette, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within  30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items, such as opened cosmetics, sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at prettypalette@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  5-10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at prettypalette@gmail.com. We will arrange for the exchange of the product, subject to stock availability.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at prettypalette@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
